STAND UP PADDLE
Stand Up Paddle is a discipline that can be very accessible when you practice it in calm waters and proportionately difficult when you go in the waves. Biscarrosse is the ideal place to learn. In summer, small waves create bodies of water in which the waves do not break (baïnes) and where you can practice rowing and moving.
When the conditions are more difficult Biscarrosse Lac offers itself to us. The lake is only 6km from the beach and its forest-bordered banks are a magnificent setting for learning Stand Up Paddle.
